Heads of Loss

Standard cover includes legal and defence costs, court awarded damages or costs of settlement, abortive costs of works, the costs of complying with a court order or statutory notices and loss in market value.

In addition to standard heads of loss we can provide cover for consequential losses including business interruption (loss of rent and/ or gross profit), contractual liabilities, relocation costs and delay costs.
